TXP is seeking a Wintel Infrastructure Engineer for a 12 Month FTC. The role offers hybrid working with occasional travel to Warwickshire and is open to candidates UK-wide.

The ideal candidate will own and stabilize the Wintel estate, provide technical guidance for projects, and manage change, performance, and cost-saving initiatives. Qualifications

• Wintel/Windows Server infrastructure experience in a complex enterprise environment.
• Experience resolving and troubleshooting complex infrastructure incidents with observability.
• Cloud-based infrastructure with Azure/AWS/GCP services and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Wintel Estate and ensure its stability.
• Provide technical advisory support for projects and review change requests.
• Assess performance, define guardrails and build standards; ensure third-party adherence.
• Identify opportunities for consolidation and cost savings across the server estate.
• Assist in major IT incident resolution and work with vendors as required.
