Office Policy: 3 days in person, 2 days at home each week + Travel around the country

Who We’re Looking For

We seek a dynamic, highly organized, relationship-driven Winner Relationship Manager to ensure our Grand Prize winners have an exceptional experience from notification to final handover. This role involves managing winner communications, coordinating logistics, and sharing inspiring stories. You should be a strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and proactive storytelling are essential.

What You’ll Do
  1. Be the Trusted Guide: Serve as the primary contact for winners, ensuring a personalized, transparent journey.
  2. Build Meaningful Relationships: Develop strong, lasting connections with winners and stakeholders.
  3. Own the Winner Experience: Manage all touchpoints, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  4. Spot & Share Inspiring Stories: Collaborate with content and PR teams to highlight compelling winner stories.
  5. Flawless Execution: Oversee logistics, including travel and accommodations, with meticulous planning.
  6. Solve Problems Before They Happen: Anticipate and address potential challenges proactively.
  7. Drive Operational Excellence: Continuously improve processes for efficiency and collaboration.
  8. Seamlessly Manage Stakeholders: Coordinate with vendors, production, and PR teams.
  9. Be on the Ground: Travel regularly for winner events, ensuring full support throughout their journey.

Our Hiring Process
