Role Overview

We are seeking a Crypto-Native Corporate Relationship Manager for our EMEA client base. This role involves working closely with clients to achieve their goals using our products and services, enhancing engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  1. Onboard new customer organizations and maintain strong relationships throughout their journey.
  2. Act as a strategic partner, sharing insights from our services, industry data, and market expertise.
  3. Monitor customer usage and metrics to identify growth opportunities and manage renewals and upsells.
  4. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders to drive renewals, upsell opportunities, and inform product development.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience as a Relationship Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar in a digital asset infrastructure environment.
  • Experience managing renewals, contracts, and delivering Customer Success at scale.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt business and product strategies based on research and industry trends.
  • Crypto Native experience and understanding of complex crypto business operations.
