Job summary

Majestic Wine in Ealing is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the store team, drive sales and manage the day-to-day running of the store. You will deliver exceptional customer service and act as an ambassador for the brand, contributing to a premium shopping experience.

Responsibilities include maximizing sales opportunities, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring store standards. A full UK manual driving licence is required, and the role offers progression within Majestic Wine with staff

• Hold a full UK, manual transmission driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by maximising sales opportunities and supporting the team to meet targets.
• Deliver market-leading customer service to grow business through loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Provide a VIP concierge service, updating customers on products and tastings.
• Sell the story of our wines with in-depth product knowledge.
• Develop wine knowledge to support WSET qualification and confident selling.
• Maintain store appearance and manage day-to-day operational tasks.
• Identify improvements to optimise store operations and share ideas with the team.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and mandatory training.
