Job summary

Majestic Wine in Oxford is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to support the store team, enhance customer experience, and drive sales. The role requires driving as a core part of duties and a UK manual licence.

You will contribute to daily operations, deliver VIP customer service, and grow wine knowledge toward WSET Level 2, while maintaining store standards and engagement with customers across events.

• Hold a full UK manual driving licence for 12+ months with ≤6 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by maximizing sales opportunities and KPI delivery.
• Deliver market-leading customer service to grow loyalty and repeat business.
• Provide VIP concierge-style service with product updates and tastings.
• Sell the story of our wines and deepen product knowledge.
• Maintain/store appearance and stock through daily operations.
• Support deliveries, merchandising, and outreach to customers to drive sales.
