Job summary

Majestic Wine Preston is seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to support a high-performing store team. You will drive sales, deliver superb customer service, and manage day-to-day store operations, including stock deliveries and merchandising.

This role requires a full UK manual driving licence (12 months+), a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and a passion for wine with potential to pursue WSET qualifications.

Qualifications

• Must have a full UK manual driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• Excellent time-management and customer service skills required.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as part of a permanent role.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for Majestic Wine and deliver an outstanding shopping experience.
• Drive store performance and help meet/exceed targets via KPI delivery.
• Provide market-leading customer service to build loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Sell the story, share product knowledge, and support WSET progression.
