Majestic Wine in the West Sussex area is seeking a dynamic, ambitious and driven Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales performance and the day-to-day running of the store.

You will deliver an exceptional customer experience, optimise KPI performance, and maintain high operational standards while developing junior team members and sharing your passion for our wine range through events and tastings.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, target-driven retail or hospitality environments.
• Ability to drive store performance and improve KPIs.
• WSET 2 and 3 qualifications or active progression required.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in driving sales and day-to-day operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and loyalty.
