Job summary

Majestic Wine Group is hiring a Sales Assistant for our Bangor store. You will support the team to drive sales, assist customers with product knowledge, and help run day-to-day store operations. This role requires evenings and weekend work and a full UK manual driving license for a company van.

You will deliver exceptional service, grow product knowledge towards a WSET qualification, and maintain the store’s appearance and compliance with company policies. A strong customer focus is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and sales experience is essential.
• Able to work evenings and weekends as required.
• WSET Level 2 qualification is preferred for wine knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support store team to drive sales and KPI delivery.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and shopping experience.
• Handle store operations, stock delivery, merchandising and customer outreach.
• Be a key holder for opening/closing procedures and store security.
