Majestic Wine in Ealing seeks a driven Trainee Manager for a 12-month development programme, aiming to equip you with operational, service and leadership skills to become a future Store Manager. You'll follow a structured pathway with Store Manager support to set you up for long-term success.

You’ll drive store performance, deliver excellent customer service, manage tasting events, and advance your wine knowledge while supporting day-to-day operations and strategic improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail or hospitality environments.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Passion for wine and willingness to learn Level 2/3 WSET.
• Full UK manual driving licence with 12 months experience and up to 6 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by maximising sales opportunities and KPI optimisation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Offer VIP concierge service with product updates and tastings.
• Share passion for product through wine knowledge and tasting events.
• Maintain store appearance and manage day-to-day operations.
• Support driving sales opportunities by contacting customers.
• Follow internal policies and mandatory training.
