Majestic Wines Docklands is seeking an ambitious Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales and daily operations. You will deliver a standout customer experience and optimise KPI performance while maintaining high standards.

You will lead and mentor junior staff, manage tasting counters, and coordinate training to grow product knowledge and WSET qualifications. A UK manual license and willingness to work evenings/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, target-driven retail/hospitality environments.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer experience and service.
• Understanding of retail KPIs and how to drive improvements.
• Able to prioritize and problem solve under pressure.
• Self-motivated, works well alone and in a team.
• Desire to progress with WSET qualifications.
