Job summary

Vinothentic UK, a boutique wine business, is seeking an Operations & Customer Support Coordinator for maternity cover based in Islington. You will handle day-to-day order processing, deliveries, invoicing and customer inquiries, acting as the main contact for customers and warehouse alike.

The role offers a full-time, office-based schedule with 9am–5:30pm hours, 28 days holiday, and salary around £32,000 with a review after three months.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year's experience in a customer service, order processing or operations role.
• A positive, can-do attitude and a desire to work in a small, but busy office.
• The ability to multitask and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Flexible, proactive, and a team player.
• An interest in wine, hospitality, or customer service would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer orders, deliveries, and logistics
• Creating accurate invoices and records across systems
• Maintaining stock accuracy and coordinating with our warehouse
• Providing excellent customer support via phone and email
• Supporting sales staff in preparing tasting notes, menus, wine lists and labels
• Preparing and packing wine boxes for online clients
• Simple website updates and email communications
