Job summary

Majestic Wine Group in Notting Hill is seeking a dynamic 24-hour Sales Assistant to drive sales, provide VIP service, and act as a brand ambassador. The role includes tastings, store deliveries, and daily store operations.

You will work 24 hours per week (evenings and weekends), with a pro-rata salary of £16,179.32, and funded WSET training. A full UK manual driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• WSET Level 2 is essential; passion to learn about wine.
• Excellent customer service and loyalty-building skills.
• Proactive, can-do attitude; flexible to retail demands.
• Strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and VIP concierge experience.
• Maximise sales opportunities and support KPIs.
• Share passion for wine and tell the story behind products.
• Build wine knowledge and complete WSET training.
• Maintain high store standards and handle daily operations.
• Assist with stock delivery, merchandising, and local deliveries.
