Job summary

Majestic Wine Group is recruiting a Flex Sales Assistant for North West London stores. You will support store teams, drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service to optimise KPI performance.

This role requires a full UK manual driving licence, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and a willingness to travel across London stores as needed. We offer a competitive salary of £15,862.08 with 24 hours per week and a focus on customer experience.

• Hold a full UK manual driving licence for at least 12 months with up to 6 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by maximising sales opportunities and supporting targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Offer VIP concierge service, contacting customers with updates on products and tastings.
• Sell the story, sharing passion and deep product knowledge.
• Develop wine knowledge and support WSET qualification and selling confidence.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness, both inside and outside.
• Assist with day-to-day operations, deliveries, merchandising and calls to customers.
• Suggest improvements to optimise store operations and share ideas with the team.
