Matchtech Group is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to back a large-scale Windows 11 hardware refresh programme. You will deploy devices, install software, migrate user data, troubleshoot issues and provide outstanding end-user support across sites.

Key duties include hands-on deployment, effective ticketing, asset handling and a proactive approach to resolving technical challenges in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows 11 desktop support and hardware refresh projects.
• Proficient in Active Directory, Intune and Windows Imaging tools for deployments.
• Strong software installation, configuration and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsabilités

• Deploy devices and support Windows 11 rollout.
• Install and configure software and troubleshoot issues.
• Migrate user data and ensure successful data transfer.
• Provide excellent end-user support and resolve tickets.
