Job summary

Everest is seeking a skilled Window and Door Engineer to join our established home improvements team. You will visit customers' homes, diagnose faults, and carry out repairs under our 10-year warranty framework, ensuring high quality service. The role requires independence, travel within the UK, and strong IT skills for paperwork and using our PDA system.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with excellent people and communication skills.
• Experience of uPVC installation and maintenance (or relevant qualification).
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Visiting customers' homes to investigate and identify faults and take action to rectify under warranty and quality standards.
• Demonstrating and explaining correct product care to customers.
• Be customer focused and provide a high level of service to every customer.
• Complete service calls as scheduled and in a timely manner using our "Right First Time" approach.
• Accurate and timely completion of paperwork and regular updating of the PDA device.
