Job summary

Everest is seeking an experienced Window and Door Engineer to join our growing team in the UK. You will visit customers' homes, diagnose faults, and take action aligned with our 10-year warranty, while explaining product care and maintaining high service standards.

The role requires IT proficiency, a full driving licence, and the ability to work independently and travel as needed. A strong customer focus and excellent communication are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Customer focus with excellent people and communication skills.
• Experience of uPVC installation and maintenance (or relevant qualification).
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi task, organise and rectify issues in a timely manner.
• Be able to work on your own initiative in a standalone field-based role.
• Be willing to travel as required and have a full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Visiting customers' homes to investigate faults and take action in line with our warranty.
• Demonstrating and explaining correct product care to customers.
• Provide a high level of service to every customer.
• Complete service calls as scheduled using the Right First Time approach.
• Accurate and timely completion of paperwork and PDA updates.
