Job summary

Everest is seeking an experienced Window and Door Engineer to join our team in the UK. The role involves visiting customer homes to diagnose and fix faults in line with our 10-year warranty, while delivering high-quality service and product care guidance.

The ideal candidate has experience in uPVC installation/maintenance, proficiency with Microsoft Office and a full driving licence. The position requires travel and a self-managed, proactive approach in a field-based environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in window and door installation/maintenance or relevant qualification.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes to identify faults and rectify in line with warranty and quality standards.
• Demonstrate and explain proper product care to customers.
• Provide a high level of service and be customer focused.
• Complete service calls on schedule using the Right First Time approach to reduce cancellations.
• Complete paperwork accurately and update the PDA device regularly.
