Wind Electrical Technician - Tipperary, Thurles - Wind - Site based

My client is a leading player in the wind sector and technologies, as well as being a manufacturer of wind turbines. They are looking for an Wind Electrical Technician to join their team, working on their site in Thurles, Tipperary with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Service, maintenance, and repair of wind turbines.

- Responsible for electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment.

- Fault finding and reporting on mechanical and electrical equipment.

- Perform technical assessments and provide recommendations for system improvements.

- Ensure all projects meet safety, quality, and performance standards.

- Adhering to site rules, policy, and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

- Level 7/8 degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) or you are a qualified electrician in Ireland.

- Available to work onsite in Thurles.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

- Valid Safe Pass Card.
