Job summary

Reflect Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Legal Advisor to join the Wills & Probate team in Lincoln. You will manage a varied caseload and provide expert guidance on wills, probate, and lasting powers of attorney, while building client relationships with empathy and clarity.

Experience with trusts is advantageous; progression towards STEP qualification will be supported, with collaboration across the department to deliver outstanding client service and meet billing targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Wills & Probate with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to manage sensitive matters with empathy and discretion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
