You will manage wills, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters, delivering trusted advice with excellent client care.

Qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with experience in wills and private client work are encouraged to apply. STEP qualification support is provided to aid professional development.

• Experience advising on wills and estate planning
• Strong client communication and relational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad caseload of wills, probate and private client matters
• Advise on wills, estate planning and lasting powers of attorney
• Assist with deputyship applications to the Court of Protection
• Maintain excellent client relationships and high standards of care
• Support the Head of Department and contribute to team growth
