Job summary

Clear Legal & Financial Recruitment is seeking a skilled private client lawyer to manage a broad caseload, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Trusts, from instruction to conclusion.

You will build strong client relationships, handle meetings (including home visits when needed), and work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals to achieve the best outcomes. A minimum of 3 years’ post‑qualification experience is preferred, with STEP qualification advantageous.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ post‑qualification experience in private client work.
• Experience managing a caseload of Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney and Trust matters.
• Excellent communication, organisational and client care skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Proactive and professional approach with a genuine interest in private client law.
• STEP qualification, or working towards STEP qualification, would be advantageous.
• Membership of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers (or willingness to work towards accreditation) would also be beneficial.
