Reflect Recruitment Group is seeking a Wills & Probate Solicitor or Legal Advisor for the Boston/Peterborough area. The role offers full-time or part-time (3 days) options with a supportive Private Client team and clear progression opportunities.

The ideal candidate will handle Wills, Probate, LPAs and Deputyship applications, delivering compassionate client care and maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Qualification as a Solicitor with Wills & Probate experience.
• Experience advising on Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection Deputyship.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of Wills, Probate and Private Client matters across Boston and Peterborough.
• Advise clients on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate and Deputyship applications.
• Deliver exceptional client care with empathy, professionalism and sensitivity.
• Keep clients informed throughout every stage of their matter.
• Support business development by promoting the firm's legal services.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental objectives.
• Maintain high standards of compliance and file management.
• Assist Head of Department with administration and development.
