Job summary

Temporis Legal Recruitment Limited is seeking a Solicitor to join the Private Client team in a role handling a caseload of wills, probate, estate administration, LPAs, Court of Protection, trusts and IHT planning. The successful candidate will advise executors and beneficiaries and contribute to estate planning efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven record of handling a personal caseload covering wills, probate, estate administration, LPA, Court of Protection, trusts, and IHT planning.
• Advising executors and beneficiaries and providing estate and succession planning guidance.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent client care.
