Job summary

Law Staff Legal Recruitment represents a respected private client practice in Potters Bar seeking an experienced Wills and Probate Practitioner to join the Private Client team. You will manage a varied private client caseload independently, advising clients on wills, probate, trusts, and related matters, while supporting the development and expansion of the department.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ PQE in Wills and Probate / Private Client work.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Clear, professional communication with clients.
• Willingness to attend other offices to take instructions and support department growth.

Wills and Probate Solicitor — Position Overview:

You will manage a varied private client caseload independently, advising clients on wills, probate, trusts, and related matters, while also supporting the development and expansion of the department.

Key Responsibilities of the Wills and Probate Solicitor:

• Drafting and advising on Wills
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection deputyship and related matters

• Managing a busy caseload with minimal supervision

Requirements of the Wills and Probate Solicitor:
