Job summary

Douglas Scott Ltd is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its established team in the Preston area. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload and work alongside experienced practitioners to deliver high-quality advice and client care.

You will manage matters including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Inheritance Tax, while maintaining excellent service and compliance throughout.

Qualifications

• Experience within Private Client law.
• Strong knowledge of Wills, Probate and Estate Administration.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Inheritance Tax matters.
• You will work closely with clients from instruction through to conclusion, providing high standards of technical advice and client care.
