Job summary

Law Staff Legal Recruitment is seeking an experienced Wills and Probate Practitioner to join a Private Client team based in Potters Bar. The role offers hybrid working, a competitive salary DOE, and a key role in growing the practice.

You will manage a varied private client caseload independently, advising on wills, probate, trusts, and related matters while supporting development of the department. Full clean driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ PQE in Wills and Probate / Private Client work.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Clear, professional communication with clients.
• Willingness to travel to other offices to support department growth.

Wills and Probate Solicitor — Position Overview:

You will manage a varied private client caseload independently, advising clients on wills, probate, trusts, and related matters, while also supporting the development and expansion of the department.

Key Responsibilities of the Wills and Probate Solicitor:

• Drafting and advising on Wills
• Probate and estate administration
