Job summary

Adecco Portugal is recruiting a Network Support Engineer for a central London office. You will provide remote and onsite support across enterprise networking, Wi‑Fi and infrastructure for a diverse hospitality customer portfolio.

You will troubleshoot LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs and VPNs, configure switches/routers/firewalls, and maintain documentation. Experience with CCNA or equivalent, strong customer service, and ability to meet service levels is required.

Qualifications

• Enterprise networking experience required.
• Wi‑Fi and WAN/LAN troubleshooting.
• CCNA certification or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across networking, infrastructure and end-user environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity and Wi‑Fi issues.
• Manage and respond to support tickets within SLA.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers as needed.
• Deliver remote and onsite support to customer environments.
• Assist with infrastructure installations, upgrades and migrations.
• Configure and support network devices such as switches, routers and firewalls.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and support records.
• Work closely with customers to ensure exceptional service delivery.
