Job summary

Adecco in London is seeking two Network Support Engineers to join our growing technical team in Central London. This is an office-based role, five days a week, supporting a diverse portfolio of hospitality clients with enterprise networking and Wi‑Fi technologies.

Qualifications

• Must have enterprise networking and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with LAN/WAN architectures and routing.
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs.
• Hands-on experience with switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Networking certification (CCNA or equivalent) is required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across networking, infrastructure and end-user environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity and Wi‑Fi issues.
• Manage and respond to support tickets in line with service levels.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers where required.
• Deliver remote and onsite support to customer environments.
• Assist with infrastructure installations, upgrades and migrations.
• Configure and support network devices and wireless solutions.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and support records.
• Work closely with customers to ensure exceptional service delivery.
