We're looking for a customer-focused Network Support Engineer to join a specialist MSP delivering networking, Wi-Fi and infrastructure solutions to the hospitality sector across the UK.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong networking background who enjoys working directly with customers, solving complex connectivity issues, and acting as a trusted technical contact. You'll support a diverse client base, including hotels and hospitality venues where service quality, communication and professionalism are every bit as important as technical ability.
You’ll work alongside experienced network and Wi‑Fi specialists, supporting, installing and troubleshooting enterprise networking environments both remotely and onsite.
We are prioritising candidates with strong networking expertise and hands‑on enterprise wireless experience.
