Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Network Support Engineer in Central London. The role focuses on enterprise networking, Wi-Fi, and infrastructure support, delivering remote and onsite services to a diverse customer base.

The candidate will troubleshoot coverage across LAN/WAN, VPNs, and firewall devices, while maintaining documentation and ensuring service levels are met. Office-based, five days a week.

Qualifications

• CCNA certification or equivalent networking qualification.
• Strong TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs knowledge.
• Experience with switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• LAN/WAN experience in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across networking, infrastructure, and end-user environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and Wi-Fi issues.
• Manage and respond to support tickets in line with SLAs.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required.
• Deliver remote and onsite support to customer environments.
• Assist with infrastructure installations, upgrades, and migrations.
• Configure and support network devices and wireless solutions.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and support records.
• Work closely with customers to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Salary: £37,000 - 42,000 per year

Requirements:
