A London-based IT infrastructure and managed services provider is seeking a Network Support Engineer to join the central London team. You will work office-based five days a week, focusing on Wi‑Fi and enterprise networking across hospitality customers.

Qualifications

• Wi‑Fi troubleshooting and support.
• Solid experience with LAN / WAN.
• CCNA certification (or equivalent networking qualification).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across networking, infrastructure and end-user environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity and Wi-Fi issues.
• Manage and respond to support tickets in line with agreed service levels.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers where required.
• Deliver remote and onsite support to customer environments.
• Assist with infrastructure installations, upgrades and migrations.
