GXO Logistics in Selby is recruiting for a full-time, permanent Warehouse Administrator to coordinate logistics on site and support the smooth operation of the business. The role is 40.25 hours per week on a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern, with Days 06:00-18:00 and Nights 18:00-06:00.

Qualifications

Be computer literate with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
Interpersonal skills that respond positively to customers and team requests.
The ability to bring attention to detail to ensure a high level of accuracy.
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise workloads and work independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

To be the customer care contact regarding all wholesale queries.
Collate picking lists and investigate any issues.
Confirm completed orders for wholesale.
Deal with any cancelled orders and delivery charges.
To ensure GXO operational and H&S procedures and policies are adhered to at all times.
