Job summary

GXO is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join our Langlands Park team in East Kilbride. You will support warehouse operations with accurate administrative tasks and use systems to keep the operation running smoothly.

This permanent part-time role covers Saturdays and Sundays, 06:00–14:00, offering an hourly rate and added benefits including pension and health services. The position provides weekday flexibility and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative function within logistics is essential.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data with timely, accurate work.
• Excellent IT skills, with knowledge of Microsoft packages.
• Good organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Be able to prioritise workload and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that everyone follows site processes and procedures, and that any operational anomalies are recorded.
• Maintain both paper-based and computerised filing systems accurately.
• Provide a high-quality service by producing accurate documentation and records in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, using initiative where required.
• Show commitment to continuous development, improving efficiency and productivity, while consistently presenting a professional image that reflects positively on GXO and Sainsbury’s.
