Job summary

GXO Logistics at Langlands Park, East Kilbride, is seeking a part-time Warehouse Administrator to support our warehouse operation with accurate administrative tasks and system usage. The role is Saturday and Sunday, 06:00 to 14:00, providing weekday flexibility for other commitments.

The position offers an hourly rate of £15.92, with an additional £2.68 for hours worked between 18:00 and 06:00, plus holiday pay, pension, GP services, and access to GXO University and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative function within logistics is essential.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data and meet deadlines.
• Excellent IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages.
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Follow site processes and procedures; record anomalies.
• Maintain paper and computerised filing systems accurately.
• Produce accurate documentation and records in a timely manner.
• Work independently and as part of a team; use initiative.
• Support continuous development to improve efficiency and productivity.
