Responsibilities

• Be the customer care contact regarding all wholesale queries.
• Collate picking lists and investigate any issues.
• Confirm completed orders for wholesale.
• Deal with any cancelled orders and delivery charges.
• To ensure GXO operational and H&S procedures and policies are adhered to at all times.
