Zachary Daniels is recruiting a Wholesale Account Coordinator for a global brand in Birchwood, Warrington. The role focuses on coordinating the wholesale order journey, supporting customers and ensuring orders are processed, delivered and invoiced efficiently.

You'll work with sales, supply chain, finance and distribution to ensure timely updates, resolve issues and maintain excellent relationships. Hybrid working with four days in the office initially.

Qualifications

• Experience in wholesale coordination or order management.
• Fashion, sportswear, footwear or retail distribution experience preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate customer orders from placement through delivery and invoicing.
• Act as a key contact for wholesale customers and queries.
• Monitor the order book and follow up delays or issues.
• Liaise with sales, supply chain, finance, logistics and distribution.
• Coordinate deliveries and monitor service levels.
• Manage returns, credits, claims and disputes promptly.
• Conduct regular customer calls and follow up actions.
• Maintain records of interactions, transactions and orders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
