Zachary Daniels is recruiting a Wholesale Account Coordinator for a role based in Birchwood, Warrington with hybrid working. The position focuses on coordinating wholesale orders, supporting customer relationships and ensuring orders are processed, delivered and invoiced efficiently.

You will liaise with sales, supply chain, finance and distribution to provide a seamless customer experience and maintain accurate order records.

Formación

• Experience in wholesale coordination, customer service and order management.
• Familiarity with logistics or supply chain environments.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communication with customers and internal teams.
• Experience with SAP, CRM or order management systems is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the day-to-day order journey for wholesale customers.
• Be the key contact for order queries, delivery updates and issues.
• Monitor the order book and follow up on delays or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with sales, supply chain, finance and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate deliveries, monitor service levels and manage returns and credits.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders.
• Identify process improvements to enhance service delivery.
