Volkswagen Group UK is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn ~80 processes across multiple systems and support dealers and stakeholders with excellent customer service. The role handles daily tasks, funding files, and credit facility lifecycle, requiring strong analytical problem-solving across SAP and Excel.

You will work collaboratively to meet deadlines, resolve complex queries, and contribute to smooth vehicle stock movement within VWG networks. On-site role in the UK.

Aufgaben

• Complete daily tasks within service level agreements and learn ~80 processes.
• Support dealers and stakeholders and respond by phone or email.
• Process and maintain dealer funding within systems and upload funding requests.
• Manage lifecycle of approved credit facilities in line with OMEB regulations.
• Analyze data across systems to resolve queries and improve efficiency.
