Full-time starting April, with hybrid working.
Entry/Junior/Mid (minimum 1+ years relevant experience).
Experienced-based salary between £28,000-31,000.

As the Wholesale Operations Assistant, you’ll be an integral point of contact between SunGod and our retail partners' operational teams. You will deploy your exceptional communication and organisational skills to support current and new wholesale partners through onboarding, order placement, and delivery phases. You’ll be the go-to problem solver for any logistical or operational challenges our wholesale partners are facing and collaborate closely with both the commercial and operations teams, keeping all stakeholders informed and ensuring we are delivering a seamless operations experience.
This role requires a proactive candidate who can quickly learn and maintain complex systems, databases, and processes, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. You’ll need to be highly organised and capable of managing a growing number of accounts at one time in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all processes run smoothly and scale with the addition of new accounts every month.
