Job summary

Huntress - Leeds is seeking a Customer Service representative to support a diverse portfolio of Wholesale customers from our Leeds LS15 office. You will take ownership of orders from placement to delivery, keep customers updated on stock and schedules, and work with the Distribution Centre to ensure timely dispatch.

The role is temporary with flexible hours (8-4 or 9-5) and a fully office-based setup, Monday to Friday. Experience with NetSuite and strong communication skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer service to diverse wholesale customers.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer orders from placement through to successful delivery.
• Keep customers informed on stock availability, order progress and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate packing and dispatch with the Distribution Centre to meet delivery schedules.
• Proactively resolve customer queries and delivery issues with internal teams and external partners.
• Process orders across multiple systems and maintain accurate customer information.
• Produce and manage reports to monitor service levels and order performance.
• Help train new and existing colleagues with clear process documentation.
