Job summary

Huntress in Leeds (LS15) is seeking a customer service handler for a temporary ongoing role. You will be office-based with flexible hours (8-4, 8:30-4:30, or 9-5) and a starting rate of £12.71 per hour.

This position involves handling wholesale customer queries, order processing and close coordination with the Distribution Centre to ensure on-time delivery. The role requires accurate communication, problem-solving and regular updates to customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional level of customer service to a diverse portfolio of Wholesale customers, including Key Accounts, Marketplaces and Independent Retailers.
• Act as a key point of contact for allocated customers, building strong, professional relationships and ensuring they receive a responsive, knowledgeable and reliable service.
• Take ownership of customer orders from initial placement through to successful delivery, keeping customers informed and proactively managing any issues that may arise.
• Manage customer order books and ensure orders are accurately processed and updated on internal systems, including NetSuite.
• Keep customers regularly updated on stock availability, order progress, delivery schedules and any changes that may impact their orders.
