Job summary

Huntress in East Leeds is seeking a Merchandising Administrator to join a growing team. You will support the merchandising function by handling product data, reporting and stock information, ensuring accuracy across internal systems.

The role suits someone with office or retail administration experience (or a relevant degree) who is highly organised, analytical and proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience with Excel and data handling in office or retail environments.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data and records.
• Comfortable communicating with multiple teams across the business.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate product information across internal systems (pricing, descriptions, sizes, categories).
• Support merchandising team with administration and coordination tasks.
• Assist with weekly and ad hoc sales and stock reporting using Excel.
• Monitor stock levels and flag availability concerns or risks.
• Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams for stock movements.
• Prepare reports and documents for trade meetings and maintain records.
