Our client is a well-established, leading drinks business that has experienced significant growth. They boast a portfolio of spirits brands that are at the forefront of their categories, with numerous category-leading brands. We are seeking a Wholesale and Convenience Sales Manager who has experience working with both Wholesale and Convenience customers and is interested in a company that values innovation and a different approach.

The role includes:
  • Partnering with the wider sales team to develop and implement strategies for key RTM customers.
  • Combining account management with new business development to identify future opportunities.
  • Growing the account base and collaborating with the trade marketing team on activation plans.
  • Driving sales and revenue across the account base and ensuring visibility of the entire portfolio.
  • Having drinks industry experience and current engagement with Wholesale and Convenience customers.
  • Knowledge of key venues, especially around London, that the business should target.
  • Being highly commercial, personable, and able to connect with stakeholders.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, being proactive, agile, and responsive.
  • Being self-motivated and a self-starter.
  • Enjoying customer interaction, with an outgoing personality, initiative, and entrepreneurial mindset.
