Job Description:

Purpose of the role:

Are you interested in working for a World Class, multi-award-winning field marketing agency, currently holding the title of Agency of the Year? Do you enjoy representing major brands? Then this role might be for you. As a full-time, permanent team member, you will represent Unilever's ice cream brands, including Ben & Jerry's, Walls, and Magnum. You will work with colleagues to enhance brand performance, awareness, and availability across UK grocery retailers. Your responsibilities include retail store visits within a defined territory, driving distribution, sales, and brand engagement to increase turnover and market share using data tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Visit grocery and convenience stores to build relationships with decision makers and add value.
  • Use data tools to identify insights and implement targeted interventions.
  • Negotiate with store decision makers to ensure product distribution and availability, increasing sales and brand awareness.
  • Act as the brand's eyes and ears in-store, identifying issues and opportunities.
  • Follow Dee Set's proven processes to deliver results.
  • Conduct professional store calls efficiently.
  • Record all information accurately using a tablet and bespoke software.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in sales, preferably in Independents, Wholesale, and Convenience sectors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
  • Passionate about building brand awareness and motivated by results.
  • Capable of delivering results at the store level.
  • Data-driven with analytical skills.
  • Hold a full UK manual driving license.
