Job Description:

We are seeking an account manager within our EMEA business, based in our London office in Soho for a fixed term contract, reporting to our Sales Director. This role involves implementing regional sales strategies, managing major accounts, and coordinating with our New York head office on operations, finance, and logistics to ensure a smooth sales process.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage weekly sales reporting
  • Forecast budgets and meet targets for accounts each season
  • Build relationships with buyers and expand into new doors each season
  • Drive appointments during market weeks in London and Paris, negotiate, and ensure OTBs are met
  • Conduct sales appointments and collection walkthroughs, chase orders within deadlines
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and initiatives
  • Maintain market awareness and communicate competitive knowledge
  • Negotiate and implement commercial operations such as pop-ups, trainings, sales incentives, and VM support
  • Analyze sell-through data and drive reorder or swap opportunities
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations on product and market insights
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years wholesale experience
  • Knowledge of regional clients and markets
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and hands-on
  • Management experience with wholesale partners and key European department stores
  • Team player, adaptable to small team dynamics
  • Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
  • Good fashion industry knowledge
  • Proficiency in Excel and order systems; able to generate reports easily
  • Driving license required
  • Fluency in Italian or German is a plus
