You will work in a self-led operations team, adhering to health and safety standards while supporting other areas as trained. Flexibility and reliability are essential. A strong safety culture and willingness to learn are valued by our site.

Qualifications

• Understanding of occupational wellness procedures.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and take on training.
• Experience in whisky warehousing is advantageous.
• Manual handling experience is helpful but not essential.
• Positive proactive attitude and good communication.
• Basic computer/digital literacy and good numerical skills.
• Valid UK driving licence preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Environmental, and HMRC requirements.
• Maintain site safety and zero-accident aspirations.
• Follow SOPs, identify hazards and report incidents.
• Move casks and spirits safely according to procedures.
• Work with daily/weekly plans and support site targets.
• Maintain product integrity and quality assurance.
