Job summary

Diageo is seeking a Shift Manager for Baileys Mallusk to lead end-to-end operations on a shift basis, ensuring safe, compliant production and top-quality outputs. You will drive performance, coach the team, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

You will develop team members, maintain strong safety standards, and work with the training department to ensure effective skill development, ultimately contributing to Diageo’s manufacturing excellence strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading shift teams in manufacturing environments.
• Strong commitment to Health & Safety and safe production practices.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations on shift, ensuring safe, compliant production.
• Drive quality and hygiene standards across shifts; address issues per SOPs.
• Deliver world-class performance by following manufacturing excellence principles and supporting changeovers.
