Job summary

Gi Group is recruiting for a warehouse operator in Scotland for an established distillery. The role involves safe handling, stock control, and manual cask movement within a defined process, with potential for ongoing temporary work.

Key duties include operating bar code scanners, updating the stock system, lifting up to 20 kg, and meeting daily targets while performing repetitive tasks. 28 days of holidays per year are offered.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe movement of product within an established process procedure, this includes cask filling, transport, warehouse operations, cask intake and removal, disgorging and empty cask re-direction.
• Move casks manually/and or with the use of cask handling devices.
• Operate bar code scanner and ensure accurate updating of stock control system.
• Ability to lift up to 20 kgs
• Ability to work to a target whilst competing repetitive tasks
