Job summary

Keys Group in Swansea is seeking a Welsh-speaking Female Support Worker to assist adults with complex needs in a residential setting. You will support daily routines, promote independence, and help with personal care and health appointments.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.
• Promoting independence and helping them live a fulfilling life.
• Supporting and encouraging development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
• Maintaining health care needs and accompanying to routine appointments or administering medication.
• Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills and shopping.
• Assisting with personal care as required.
• Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning and cooking.
• Providing guidance and emotional support.
