Job summary

Keys Care is recruiting a Welsh-speaking female Support Worker for a female-only residential setting near Swansea. The role involves day-to-day support for adults with complex mental health needs, including helping with routine tasks, health appointments, and medication administration.

Qualifications

• Must be female due to genuine occupational requirement (over 18)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and compassion
• Ability to promote independence and support daily living

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support and routine for the people we support
• Promote independence while helping them live a fulfilling life
• Support and encourage development of personal skills through hobbies and interests
• Maintain and assist with health care needs, including appointments and medication administration
• Teach life skills such as budgeting, paying bills and shopping
• Assist with personal care as required
• Assist with domestic tasks including cleaning and cooking
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support
